The City Hospital Complex required a robust and specialized vertical transportation system capable of handling the continuous demands of a high-traffic medical facility. The core challenges were:

- Size and Access: The cabs needed to be large enough to easily accommodate hospital beds, medical equipment, and accompanying staff.

- Hygienic Materials: All cab interiors featured specialized anti-bacterial coatings and non-porous stainless steel surfaces for superior infection control and easy maintenance.
- Emergency Features: Each unit was equipped with enhanced emergency communication systems and a prioritized manual operation mode for rapid patient transport during critical situations.
